Motor Vehicle Solvers at Solvit Limited

We are currently seeking to hire Motor Vehicle Solvers (field motor valuers) for car inspection, valuation and accident reporting on behalf of our insurance partners in various locations including Kikuyu, Gilgil, Limuru, Rongai, Kiserian, Kajiado, Narok, Bungoma, Kericho, Nyahururu, Kakamega, Muranga, Isiolo, Maua, Chuka, Mwingi, Lodwar, Turkana, Kapsabet, Wote, Makindu, Malindi, Homabay, Siaya, Migori, Garissa, Bomet, Busia, Marsabit, Wajir and Moyale.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in these areas.

Responsibilities:

• Valuation/Inspection of assets by taking clear and accurate photos.
• Document/report information on related assets.
• Assist customers with any valuation issues or concerns.
• Show up to customer locations within 30 minutes of service request.
• Provide clear feedback on issues noticed in the field to improve the system and process.
• Serve as a company ambassador by delivering excellence with good customer service skills. Communication to customers about the valuation process and outcome.
• The job requires travel between various customer sites.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering. Have knowledge of assets to be inspected (Vehicles).
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Automotive engineering experience is an added advantage. Valid Driving License.
• Must have a smartphone with a camera (minimum 5 megapixels).
• Excellent communicator.
• Proactive and focused on problem-solving.
