Multimedia Producer at Inkomoko

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Multimedia Producer is a new position as part of our growth and we seek a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Producer to enhance Inkomoko’s digital storytelling. The ideal candidate is skilled in video production, photography, motion graphics, and web content updates, with a strong ability to create engaging multimedia content for digital platforms.

They will work closely with the Digital Media Manager and Campaign Manager to ensure a strong online presence, drive audience engagement, and keep our website visually dynamic and up to date. The main responsibilities are:

Video Production & Photography

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos showcasing Inkomoko’s impact, client stories, and key initiatives.
• Capture compelling photography for use across reports, campaigns, and digital content.
• Optimize video and photo content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Digital Content Creation

• Design motion graphics, infographics, and interactive visuals to support campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Campaign Manager on creative assets for advocacy and marketing.
• Work with the Digital Manager to integrate multimedia elements into the website.

Social Media & Web Support

• Provide engaging multimedia content to enhance social media presence and drive audience engagement.
• Support the Digital Media Manager in optimizing website visuals and updating multimedia content.
• Assist in web content updates, ensuring accuracy, fresh visuals, and alignment with brand storytelling.

Trends & Performance Analysis

• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends to improve content strategy.
• Track engagement metrics and refine multimedia production based on performance data.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years experience in video production, photography, or digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
• Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for storytelling, digital media, and social impact.
