Night Coverage Nurse at AIC Kijabe Hospital

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the holder of the position will be expected to glorify God by ensuring patients get quality medical care services in support of the total effort of the health care delivery system with a view to achieving patients’ needs.

Applicants Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes

• Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN)
• Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
• A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in nursing preferably bedside nursing
• Must have ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate operational goals
• Must be capable of functioning effectively both as a team player and team leader
• Must have management and leadership skills
• Should have strong analytical skills and be result oriented
• Should have effective people management and conflict resolution skills
• Must have knowledge in use of MS office packages
• Must be aligned to the mission and vision of the AIC Kijabe hospital
