We are looking to recruit highly ambitious, self-driven, motivated and talented Non-Motor Insurance Unit Managers The individuals will recruit and effectively manage a unit of sales agents to offer non-motor Insurance products

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
• At least 1 year experience in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, train and mentor a high caliber of intermediaries to acquire non motor insurance business
• Motivate, supervise and assist the team of intermediaries in promoting the growth and development of non-motor insurance business Identify markets and introduce the company's non-motor products to existing and new clients.
