    Shamberere Technical Training Institute is one of the greatest Institutions in middle and Tertiary training which offers creative and innovative courses. Shamberere Technical Training Institute (STTI), locate in Kakamega County, was established in 1982 as a Rural Education Programme and later elevated to a Youth Polytechnic in 1985. It was subsequently awarded a Trade Test Center in 1996, catering for boarders and day scholars. The Institute is now registered under the then Ministry of Education Science and Technology (MOEST) as one of the technical training institutes in Kenya since 2009.

    Nurse

    Responsibilities

    • Taking medical care of college students
    • Administering drugs/treatment.
    • Referral of serious medical
    • In-charge of college
    • Maintenance of drugs
    • Preparation of dispensary
    • Advise the management on recruitment, training, development, promotion and discipline of staff in the
    • Submission of dispensary annual
    • Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the Principal

    Qualifications

    • Must have attained KCSE C-
    • Must have a valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya
    • Must have a registration certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya
    • Must have an experience of atleast one (1) year
