Office Assistant (2 Positions) at Zetech University

To provide support services mainly in security, cleaning, revenue and debt collection, and other support services to staff, students & visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Patrol University premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage etc.
• Ensure that staff and students wear and carry respective identification tags
• Preparing and serving tea in a timely manner for staff members both in the offices and staffrooms.
• Report any cases of difficult students to the Campus Operations Manager
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness is maintained throughout the day
• Any other duty as may be allocated by your supervisor.

Minimum qualifications

• KCSE minimum mean grade of D+ or its equivalent
