Qualifications and Requirements:
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:

• KCSE D (Plain) or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities entail; -

• Ensuring general office cleanliness;
• Collecting and dispatching mails;
• Preparing and serving beverages;
• Performing office errands;
• Requisationing office general supplies;
• Operating basic office equipment; and
• Ensuring safe custody of office facilities.
