    Office Sales Administrator

    We seek to hire an Office Sales Administrator who will be tasked with the following responsibilities: -

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing and supporting the sales team in coordination, scheduling, qualitative and quantitative reporting, and processing of Documents.
      • Coordinating daily and weekly sales team meetings to enhance productivity and efficiency of Sales schedules.
      • Maintain effective business operations.
      • Work with sales team to Achieve Qualitative Targets- monthly, quarterly & annually. Qualitative targets
      • Recap and review daily sales activities from all departments for implementation of course of action.
      • Point of reference to client's both on-call and email inquiries.
      • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
      • Preparation and processing of sales quotations, job cards & documentation.
      • Handling and processing quotations, tenders, and proposals for the sales team with accuracy and timelines.
      • Handling and processing of orders to jobs cards /invoices for the sales team with accuracy and timelines
    • Expedite communication to clients on sales delivery schedules, installation, preventive / or breakdown maintenance, delays, feedback, and ensure smooth CRM.
      • Development of sales and marketing materials and documents i.e., product catalogs, presentations, and proposal documents.
      • Make periodical reports about the department’s operations and KIP to the management.
      • Submit real-time Sales reports to the Managing Director and Technical manager.
    • Marketing content contribution
      • Support marketing initiatives such as contribution in marketing events and communication, newsletters, campaigns, updates in product and sales initiatives.
    • Any other duty assigned by your Managing Director in relation to your position

    Job Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma/certificate in Business related course
    • At least 6 months post-qualification work experience
    • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
    • Confident, resilient, quick learner, strong negotiator.
    • Energetic, self-motivated, go-getter who is able to work flexibly and meet targets under limited supervision.
    • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
