Job Purpose Statement

Provision of high quality, timely and effective regulatory governance support through the implementation of systems and processes for regulatory and governance assurance; and monitoring of related practices affecting the Group.

Ideal Job Specifications

Academic:

• An undergraduate degree (a degree in Law would be an added advantage).

Professional:

• Company Secretary Certification by the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.

Desired work experience:

• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience. Exposure in Governance or Regulatory practices will be an added advantage. Officer, Governance and Regulatory Affairs
