Operations and Maintenance Technician at Ariya Finergy

• We are seeking an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician to manage the operations and maintenance activities for solar PV power plants.

Key Objectives of the Role:

• Ensure effective delivery of all scopes defined in O&M contracts.
• Implement systems for performance monitoring, inspection, and preventive maintenance of solar plants.
• Develop and integrate technological solutions to enhance customer experience, including user-friendly monitoring applications.
• This role involves significant travel (3 to 5 days a week), as you will be required to visit project sites across Kenya and neighboring countries.

Experience & Expertise

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• Minimum 2 years (3+ years preferred) of proven working experience on solar PV project maintenance.
• Registration with a professional body such as EPRA.
• Completion of a solar PV training course from a reputable institution will be considered an added advantage.
