Operations Assistant

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Nellions Moving and Relocations is looking for a dynamic Operations Assistant to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:
- Support the daily planning, coordination, and execution of client moves
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports Conduct quality control checks on staff grooming, vehicles, and equipment
- Ensure real-time job monitoring and client satisfaction Recommend innovations to improve operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business-related course
- 1-2 years of experience in operations or logistics
- Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Positive, driven, and ready to grow with a top-tier team!
