We are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented individual to join our company as an Operations Intern. As part of our operations team, you will provide support with the onboarding of clients, campaign management, and influencer management. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with great communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. In this role, you may juggle multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Responsibilities

• Onboarding clients and listing products on the Twiva platform
• Working closely with the Operations Lead to plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring campaign performance and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns.
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company
• Performing administrative duties and providing support to management

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, or any other related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
