Operations Lead at Reeds Africa Consult

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily deployment of data collection teams (DCOs +  Team Leaders)
• Manage daily briefings and zone assignment communication to all field staff
• Ensure 2,400 daily record collection target is achieved across all teams
• Supervise Zone Supervisors and ensure effective team supervision
• Coordinate vehicle logistics (pickup, SUV, motorbikes) for equipment and personnel transport
• Resolve field operational issues including access challenges, equipment failures, and personnel matters
• Track and report daily progress against zone completion targets
• Manage field allowances distribution and expense tracking
• Ensure staff safety and adherence to field protocols
• Coordinate with Technical Lead on data quality issues requiring field revisits

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field operations management
• At least 2 years managing large field teams (20+ personnel)
• Experience in survey, enumeration, or data collection projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of Mombasa County geography and administrative structure
