As Kenya Office of AKSA Power Generation, we are looking for an Operation Manager and that role will be able to report to the Country Manager of Aksa Kazakhstan.
QUALIFICATIONS
Residing in Nairobi/Kenya or with no obligate to work at the location of Nairobi Office of Aksa Kenya
Graduated with bachelor's degree from faculty of economics and administrative Sciences, Various engineering faculties like Mechanical-Iındustrial-electrical, etc.
At least 5 years experience in Import and Export operations and procedures in Kenya. For example East Africa Import & Export regulations.
Having great knowledge about Inventory Management
Good command in MS Office,
Fluent command of English in both written and spoken
Having high-level experience in planning and work follow-up,
Skilled in analytical thinking and pricing/costing
Suitable for teamwork and result-oriented in the projects undertaken.
No obstacle for domestic and international travel,
No military obligations for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Be able to regulate the daily activities of the office.
Doing and presenting detailed reports and datas to Country Manager
Communication with forwarding and clearing agents for import and export purposes
Follow up factory orders and delivery timelines
Weekly sales and open order reports to headquarters
Be responsible to do local procurements and invoices
Documentation of local sales and regulating deliveries
