Operations Manager at Tatu City Limited

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our production, supply chain, and installation activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about operational excellence, quality management, and efficient project delivery, ensuring EUROFORM’s promise of superior products and services is consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

 Production Management:

• Lead and optimize the aluminium fabrication and assembly processes to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

 Supply Chain Oversight:

• Manage procurement, inventory control, and supplier relationships to secure cost-effective, timely, and high-standard material deliveries.

 Project Coordination:

• Oversee project execution from design handover to final installation, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

 Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor the operations team including supervisors, technicians, and installation crews; ensure proper skills development and performance management.

 Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures at every stage of production and installation, aligned with international standards.

 Process Improvement:

• Analyze and improve operational workflows, embracing innovation and lean methodologies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

 Health and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

 Reporting and Budgeting:

• Monitor operational performance, prepare reports for the leadership team, and manage operational budgets effectively.

 Client Interaction:

• Support project managers in client meetings when operational expertise is required, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction, aluminium fabrication, façade, or manufacturing industries
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems.
• Proven experience in production planning, supply chain management, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of aluminium works, fenestration systems, or façade installation processes is highly desirable.
