Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee and improve operational processes
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and various stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Finance and financial processes within a banking or microfinance context
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under deadlines
• Prior experience in financial services or operations management is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Familiarity with Central Bank regulations and compliance standards is a plus
