Operations & Procurement Coordinator at Geek-Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement of materials, supplies, and services
• Negotiate with suppliers and maintain vendor relations
• Oversee order fulfillment from confirmation to delivery
• Manage packaging and conduct quality checks
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed
• Track production schedules for timely delivery
• Handle admin tasks: filing, reports, record keeping
• Collaborate with sales and customer service on issues
• Support development and improvement of SOPS

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related
• Passion for branding & gifting services communication, negotiation & organisation
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented & problem solver
• Works well under pressure, with minimal supervision
• Operations/procurement/supply chain experience a plus
