Optical Assistant at Bliss Healthcare

Core Responsibilities

• Receiving of supplies from vendors.
• Verifying the received commodities against the order, invoice and delivery notes.
• Ensuring items are in good state whilst receiving.
• Approval of orders placed by medical centers.
• Uploading and monitoring of orders to vendors for processing and delivery.
• Communicating receipt of commodities to Optical Manager. 
• Daily updates to medical centers on status of orders.
• Segregation of orders clinic wise and handover to dispatch team with delivery note.
• Maintain records of deliveries to and from vendors and medical centres.
• Communicating any discrepancies at point of verification to the Manager
• Submission of invoices, delivery note to General Manager/Finance dept.
• Participate in monthly stock take 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Optical Technician or related field

Experience

• 2 + years of experience working in a warehouse or related field
