Ordering Executive at MSVL Group

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in procurement, supply chain or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in order processing, procurement or sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of order management systems and data entry
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to identify and resolve order discrepancies
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant ERP systems

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors for purchase order (P.O.) processing and coordinate with internal and external account managers for sales order (S.O.) execution.
• Enter and process orders accurately in the system while ensuring data integrity.
• Review and verify order details to maintain 100% accuracy before final submission.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or processing errors efficiently.
• Collaborate with account managers and the purchasing team to ensure timely order placement.
• Maintain regular communication with management regarding vendor updates, system issues and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all daily orders are processed and completed before closing operations.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment to meet operational targets.
