ASSISTANT II, ODPC 8, ONE (1) POST – V/NO. 32/2022

An officer at this grade will work under supervision and guidance of a senior officer .
Terms and Conditions of Service

• Basic Salary Kshs. 44,114 – 66,376 PM
• House Allowance Kshs. 10,000 PM
• Commuter Allowance Kshs. 4,000 PM
• Leave Allowance Kshs. 10,000 PA
• Annual Leave 30 working days per Financial Year
• Medical Cover and other allowances As provided by the ODPC
• Terms of Service Permanent and pensionable
• Requirements for Appointment
• For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
• Diploma in Law, or its equivalent from a recognized and accredited institution.

Duties and Responsibilities

Specific duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;

• Recording and filling process in the registers
• Establishing and maintaining of registers;
• File returns / affidavits of service;
• Perform clerical duties;
• Manage the legal registry and document;
• Collecting and collating information on entities to be served with penalty notices;
• Serving enforcement notices.
