Requirements for Appointment

• Minimum of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) C (plain) or its equivalent from a recognized and accredited institution;
• Diploma in Law, or its equivalent from a recognized and accredited institution; and Proficiency in Computer applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Specific duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;

• Recording and filling process in the registers
• Establishing and maintaining of registers;
• File returns / affidavits of service;
• Perform clerical duties;
• Man the legal registry and document;
• Drafting requests for obtaining warrant from the court to enter and search entities;
• Drafting penalty notices;
• Collecting and collating information on entities to be served with penalty notices;
• Drafting request for preservation order from Court.
