    Partnership & Key Accounts Manager

    Reporting to the Growth Director, you will be responsible for seeking, negotiating with and signing up potential Partners and Key Accounts with the ultimate objective of generating and converting leads to grow the B2B (Business to Business) sector and the large systems category. 

    You’ll be in charge of:

    • Seeking potential partners for in the Rift Valley region
    • Developing and Nurturing Partnerships and Key Accounts relationships
    • Negotiating terms of Partnerships with identified Partners and Organizations
    • Generating credible leads during the collaborative interactions with the identified partners
    • Converting leads into sales within agreed timelines
    • Collaborating with ASMs (Area Sales Managers) and Marketing Officers to grow Productive Sales in their regions
    • Generating Large Systems Leads and work to close them
    • Market mapping for respective regions to guide the sales strategy

    More about YOU

    • You have between 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales in the Renewable Energy Sector
    • You have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences or Business-related course
    • You have great customer relationship management skills
    • You have strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
    • You have strong knowledge in a variety of software applications (e.g Salesforce, Taroworks)
    • You have experience in: 
      • Designing and implementing effective partnerships
      • Evaluating and researching partnerships options
      • Project management 

    It would be a big plus if you also had these qualities:

    • Passionate about partnerships and corporate sales
    • Strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty
    • Dynamic, curious and adaptable
    • Great negotiator
    • Great presentation and listening skills
    • At ease in relational aspects 
    • Ability to manage time i.e well organized

    Location, travel and start date

    • Based in Rift Valley region
    • Travelling up to 80% of your time across Rift Valley region
