• Our Client a leading tests and measurements solution provider in Africa is searching for a motivated team player with outstanding business skills to be the next Head of Sales and Marketing .The person will be in charge of developing a revenue management strategy and implementation of the marketing strategy to maximize profitability for sales , Oversee actives aimed at generating revenue and meet targets for the company and all its subsidiaries.

Competencies and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related filed.
• 3-5 years’ experience in sales and Marketing .
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• Experience with CRM software Management
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
