Perfume Sales Associate - Nairobi at City Walk Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and assist customers in the perfume section.
• Provide insights into various fragrances and their characteristics.
• Upsell complementary products like gift sets. Ensure the perfume display is organized and appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and process transactions.

Qualifications:

• Certificate, Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in perfume sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of smell.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in English and basic administrative skills.
