Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized training institution;
• Certificate of Registration as a Pharmaceutical Technologist by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board;
• Valid practicing license from Pharmacy and Poisons Board

Responsibilities

• At this level an officer is expected to provide pharmaceutical services under guidance of a senior officer in providing pharmaceutical services in the hospital including compounding and dispensing medicine and record keeping.
