Photogrammetrist II - 5 Posts at Public Service Commission Kenya (PSCK)

For appointment to this grade, 

a candidate must have a Bachelors degree in any   of the following disciplines:- Geospatial Engineering, Philosophy in Technology (Geo-information), Technology in Geo-information or equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya.

Duties and Responsibilities

This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at his level will work under the guidance and supervision of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will include:-

• Compiling centre-point and overlap diagrams; 
• Carrying out medium and high-density topographical stereo-feature extraction;
• Digitizing adjudication and general boundary; 
• Preparing photo mosaic an digital elevation base data; and
• Processing ortho-photographs
