Planning Intern at Kenya Wine Agencies Limited (KWAL)

Job Description:

S&OP Automation:

• Develop databases for S&OP metrics, Sales (pre-SYSPRO), Availability and Inventory.
• Utilize forms to automate the process of information gathering and capture with stakeholders.
• Work with ICT to automate S&OP dashboard, Sales History, Availability and inventory into Power BI.

Time and Motion Studies for OPI improvement:

• Sample Time and Motion Studies performed on the Production Lines.
• Capture Downtimes and Shut-Down Losses.
• Prepare Comprehensive Analytics on opportunities for Root Cause Analysis and Action Planning

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science OR Mechanical Engineering
• Business Intelligence (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.)
• Advanced Excel for Business Analytics & Reporting
