Plumber at Fanisi HR Solutions

Our client is a leading real estate company dedicated to excellence and innovation in property development. They are looking for a Plumber who will be  responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all water supply, drainage and sanitation systems within the mall. The role ensures uninterrupted water supply, proper drainage systems and compliance with safety and building standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage networks
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and related plumbing infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and system failures
• Interpret technical drawings/blueprints for installations and tenant fit-outs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations at all times
• Maintain records of plumbing works, prepare reports, and manage tools, fittings, and consumables inventory
• Support facility operations including monitoring water systems, assisting in general maintenance and supervising related service providers
• Carry out daily checks, record water usage, submit maintenance reports, and ensure proper shift handovers and risk reporting

Required Specifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in plumbing or a similar maintenance role
• Served as Artisan I or equivalent role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, and water supply networks
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit with ability to handle manual work
• High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies
