Poultry Food Formulator and Trainer at EcoFix Kenya Ltd (EFK)

• At EcoFix(k) LTD,we are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Poultry Food Formulator and Trainer to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the development of cutting-edge poultry feed formulations while also imparting your expertise through training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulation Excellence: Utilize your expertise in animal nutrition to formulate high-quality, cost-effective poultry feed solutions that meet specific nutritional requirements and production goals.
• Training Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on poultry nutrition, feed formulation principles, and best practices for our team members and clients.
• Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and sales to ensure alignment on formulation objectives and training initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to continually enhance feed formulations and training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Agriculture Poultry Science, Nutrition, or related field.
• Proven experience in poultry feed formulation and/or animal nutrition consultancy.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for client visits and training sessions.
