This is a full-time on-site role for Presales Engineer Interns located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Presales Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team by providing technical expertise and support in pre-sales activities. This includes conducting product demonstrations, creating technical proposals, assisting with product implementation, and addressing customer inquiries. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales success.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong technical aptitude and interest in technology solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Knowledge of software development and programming languages
Experience with customer-facing roles or internships is a plus
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
