Presales Technical Support-Business Technology at Bridge Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales team during client engagements.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
• Analyze client requirements and match them with appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and presentations.
• Support site visits and client meetings when required.
• Work extensively with Excel for cost modeling, product comparisons, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with capabilities and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in presales technical support.
• Background in industries such as Electrical, ELV, or Engineering solutions preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (practical assessment will be conducted).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams.
