Processing Manager (Fish Farm) at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Processing Plant including planning work schedules, developing KPIs, ensuring equipment is well maintained and delivering to production targets.
• Ensuring health and Safety regulations are met throughout our operations as well as environmental compliance and improvement.
• Ensure processing facility is always kept clean.
• Providing Leadership and coaching for Team Members.
• Supervising processing team.
• Organizing Regular Training Sessions for their teams.
• Suggest improvement of current plant and processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Must have 7+ years of experience as a processing manager preferably for a fish or beef company.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise teams.
• Excellent problem solver and good at organization.
