Procurement & Corporate Sales Officer at The Sisu Hotel LTD

• The Sisu Hotel Limited is looking for a results-driven Procurement & Corporate Sales Officer to join its team.
• This role is ideal for someone with strong business development and relationship management skills who can actively secure conference business, build corporate partnerships, follow up on quotations, prepare invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach corporate clients, government institutions, NGOs, schools, and private organizations.
• Generate conference, accommodation, and event bookings.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection.
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Source suppliers and support procurement activities when required.
• Maintain accurate client and procurement records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate sales, procurement, or business development.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong ability to close deals and follow up until payment is received.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
