    Procurement Officer I - 3 Posts

    Basic Salary: Kshs. 58,360 – Kshs. 90,200 (Permanent & Pensionable)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Coordinating procurement planning and implementation.
    • Preparing tender documents, advertisements and procurement reports.
    • Ensuring compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA).
    • Managing supplier relations, evaluation and contract administration.
    • Maintaining procurement records, inventories and documentation.
    • Advising departments on procurement needs and procedures.
    • Performing any other duties assigned by the head of department.

    Requirements for Appointment

    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or related field.
    • Must be a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
    • At least three (3) years relevant experience.
    • Knowledge of procurement systems and PPADA compliance.
    • Computer proficiency.
