Management of the Requisition to Pay process (RTP) – End to End.
Monitoring supply chain total costs and recommending action plans for cost optimization.
Sourcing and engagement of suppliers.
In charge of store operations and management.
Ensuring timely delivery and user distribution of goods and services.
Coordinating and developing supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to enable the team to effectively manage supplier performance.
Supplier and product database development and maintenance.
Maintaining corporate and unit management control systems.
Take an active Lead in negotiating purchases in managed categories
Undertaking market research for procurement decisions.
Training users on purchasing processes and maintaining regular communication with them.
Ensuring stocks are received and issued properly on cards and on the ERP system
Ensuring stock takes are done as scheduled and taking action on any variances.
Identification of supplier order cycle.
Evaluation of suppliers’ individual quality to avoid defective goods.
Effective communication with all staff.
Promote and maintain ethical and professional standards in line with company staff regulations, ETI, and other codes of conduct to enhance worker welfare.
Health and Safety – Ensure all duties are performed safely and responsibly in consideration of Environmental, Health, and Safety Company policies.

Job Requirements
Essential
Minimum 3-5 years of Procurement related experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
CIPS Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or its equivalent.
Members of KISM or CIPS
High level of integrity, customer focus, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processing module.
Results oriented and works with minimum supervision
