Procurement Officer at Talent Grid Africa

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes and maintain accurate records.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Ensure compliance with school procurement policies and statutory regulations.

We are looking for candidates who bring:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably within a school or educational institution.
• Membership with KISM (Kenya Institute of Supplies Management) – an added advant
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills with high integrity and attention to detail.
