Product Analytics, Reporting & Insights Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA

Responsibilities
- Define and track KPIs: engagement, retention, activation, funnel metrics, NPS, churn, adoption.
- Lead product performance dashboards and executive reporting.
- Conduct root-cause analysis using data insights to guide iteration and strategic decisions.
- Ensure customer feedback loops are robust, surveys, interviews, support ticket analysis, usage data.
Expected Outcomes
- Data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Clear reporting on product health, risks, and opportunities.
- Consistent customer feedback integration into the roadmap.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
- Experience leading junior PMs and leading cross-functional product development teams.
