Product Delivery, Operations & Execution Excellence Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery-to-launch process, ensuring strong documentation.
- Oversee product development cadence, backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to ensure product scalability, performance, availability, and stability.
- Resolve complex product issues and escalate risks proactively.
Expected Outcomes
- High-quality, timely releases with minimal defects.
- Efficient cross-team execution with reduced cycle times.
- Strong product reliability and operational stability.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
- Experience leading junior PMs and leading cross-functional product development teams.
