Product Officer - Digital Lending at Bayes

Role Overview 
PI Capital Ltd (trading as BAYES) is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Digital Lending Product Lead to own and scale its digital credit products. This role is responsible for driving product development, optimizing credit performance, and expanding access to lending through data-driven, technology-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of credit risk and a commercial mindset to deliver impactful, scalable lending solutions in a fast-paced lending environment. 
Key Responsibilities 

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital lending products from ideation, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement 
• Define and execute a clear product roadmap aligned with company strategy and target customer segments 
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and data analytics into product features and enhancements 
• Collaborate with risk and data teams to design and refine credit policies, scoring models, and decisioning frameworks 
• Work closely with engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and seamless digital lending platforms and integrations 
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including approvals, disbursements, portfolio quality, delinquency, and customer lifetime value 
• Drive product growth through partnerships, merchant networks, and embedded finance opportunities
• Lead product experimentation including testing for pricing, credit limits, and user journeys to improve conversion and retention 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
• Act as the primary owner of product performance, providing insights and updates to senior leadership 
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT support, customer service, collections, finance, and risk teams to ensure seamless delivery and performance of lending products.
