The founders of KidsCare Kenya are a Dutch couple, Gerard and Lisette Geenen, and the Director Ali Mwaziro. Gerard and Lisette, since KidsCare’s establishment, have continuously supported the organization from their own foundation in The Netherlands.

Program Manager - Inclusive Education
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Project Management
- We are looking for a leader who combines strong program management with up-to-date knowledge of inclusive education practices, including evidence-based approaches for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
You will lead:
- Implementation of our SSU Quality Improvement Program Data-driven MEL, coaching structures & quality reviews
- Innovation in inclusive and play-based learning
- Collaboration with head teachers, SSU teachers, parents & government
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Education / Project Management / Development Studies
- 5+ years program management experience (inclusive/SNE preferred)
- Current understanding of inclusive education methodologies & policy trends
- High ambition, strong execution power and a structured, collaborative mindset
