Program Manager at Sama

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the shaping of specific program strategies.
2. Undertake appropriate research, analytics, formulation and testing of hypotheses, and partner engagement to improve program outcomes.
3. Manage venture portfolios from end-to-end, including: model, milestones and reporting.
4. Support in Monitor venture operations through day-to-day coordination, analysis and review of data, field visits & problem solving.
5. Provide technical and managerial support to teams and partners on the ground.
6. Represent foundation in forums that help Develop new partnerships, build long strategic relationships.
7. Support promotion of the Give Work Challenge program including use and utilisation of digital media channels.
8. Support in documentation of reports and presentations for various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a Business related discipline; MSc/MA is a plus
2. 3+ years work experience in program management or project management.
3. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, including ability to work independently, self-motivate, and propose and implement new initiatives
5. Excellent problem-solving ability.
