Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of programs and the activities;
• Monitor implementation of programme goals;
• Ensure smooth running and coordination of the programme in various areas of jurisdiction;
• Coordinate programme communication in sub counties;
• Overseeing the development of programme deliverables;
• Monitoring action plans and processes;
• Support programme growth and development where necessary;
• Attending staff meetings and taking minutes; and
• Delegating tasks to appropriate team members.
