Project Assistant at Laddatip Company

Details:

As a Project Assistant with our team you will be assisting the Site Manager to manage resources (people and physical assets) in order to implement the project plan for the assigned section safely, on time and to the required quality.

Duties:

• Manage the predevelopment activities and project financing tasks including cashflow projections.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Assist construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Ensure compliance with various regulatory organizations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Coordinate delivery and control of construction materials on various construction sites.

Qualifications

• You will preferably have a Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Construction and be able to effectively lead and coordinate the workforce.
• 2 years experience
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Able to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Organization, time management and record keeping skills
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and current construction news and events
