Project Manager - Jiinue Growth Program (JGP)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Project and Program Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership & coordination of JGP.
- Develop and implement strategies, budgets & work plans.
- Oversee project monitoring, evaluation & reporting.
- Build strong partnerships with MSMEs, financial institutions & partners.
- Supervise staff & ensure compliance with donor/KNCCI requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Development Studies, or related field (Master's an advantage).
- 5+ years project management experience (donor-funded/MSME projects preferred). Strong financial/grant management & stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
