Summary

• The technical Sales Associate is a multifaceted role that encompasses various responsibilities within operations, logistics, training, sales, and marketing.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The associate will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient functioning of the company’s operations
• Delivering training programs including retail, mason or artisan training.
• Managing field data
• Providing essential support to the sales and marketing teams while achieving his sales targets.
• Managing the inventory notably stock levels
• Co-ordinating on product supply and delivery
• Customer service activities involving orders, follow-up and delivery.
• Pitching for the product sales to the customer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in the sales for either construction and building materials, plumbing tools or ceramics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Previous experience required

• Previous experience in operations, logistics, training, or a similar role is an advantage.
