Reporting to the Head of Clinical Quality Assurance & Improvement, the Quality Assurance Lead – Pharmacy Operations will manage the design and implementation of efficient and effective Quality Management Systems within the Network’s pharmacy practice including lead to the drug formulary and antibiotic stewardship committee.
Ensure compliance to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes and policies are in place and maintained within the facilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
Registered and with a valid license to practice from Kenya Pharmacy and Poison Board.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
