    • Implement the Network’s sourcing, tendering, and purchasing procedures, processes and best practices to ensure efficient, cost effective and seamless purchasing activities in line with the Equity Afia policies and objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Supply Chain Management/Procurement, or any other related field.
    • Relevant professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management (CIPS qualification or equivalent) is preferred.

    Clinical Quality Assurance and Patient Safety Medical Officer

    About the job

    • Reporting to the Head of Clinical Quality Assurance & Improvement, the Clinical QA and Patient Safety Medical Officer will coordinate quality, patient safety and regulatory initiatives and programs for the clinicians to maintain a systematic continuous team based approach to quality and compliance within the network, conduct quality assessments with recommendations and follow ups, train of clinic employees, and assess clinicians notes to ensure quality of care.

    Qualifications

    • Training on audit and implementation of quality management systems

    Head of Clinical Programmes

    About the job

    • Reporting to the General Manager – Clinical Services, the Head of Clinical Programmes will be responsible to support the network in developing, delivering and managing data-driven, actionable operational and strategic insights for the execution of holistic clinical development programmes that address the full scope of healthcare provision from prevention, health promotion packages, chronic and common ailment programs, development of clinical protocols and standard treatment guidelines, training and referral systems to ensure that the highest standards of care is provided to our patients.
    • Overall accountable for delivering the clinical projects within assigned timelines, budget and in compliance with all standards provided including any donor provisions.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree - MBA, MPH, Msc, Health Systems Management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBChB, MBBS, MD)
    • Registered and with a valid license to practice from Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
    • Minimum eight (8) years of experience of which three (3) must have been in a senior management role in managing donor funded projects and/or clinical programmes
