We are hiring on behalf of our client, WeClean Services - a fast-growing and reputable cleaning service provider offering both residential and commercial cleaning solutions. We are seeking a Quality Control Cleaning Specialist to join their team and help uphold excellence in service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular quality checks at client premises to evaluate cleanliness standards.
• Identify missed spots, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cleaning teams to reinforce proper cleaning techniques and protocols. Maintain inspection records and report findings to supervisors or operations leads. Provide practical on-site coaching to cleaning staff when necessary.
• Keep updated with best practices in hygiene, sanitation, and environmental safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent eye for detail and quality.
• Prior experience in cleaning supervision, housekeeping inspection, or related quality assurance roles.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and how to operate them. Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple sites, and stay organized.
• Experience in upholstery or carpet cleaning quality control will be an added advantage.
