As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that the affiliate Quality Management System (QMS) is in accordance with internal and external requirements in and across Middle Africa as well as leadership and people management of the QA Function in Middle Africa. Also, you will be responsible for document control and distribution responsible for the maintenance of the matrix list, providing necessary daily support to the end users, and communicating necessary changes to relevant internal stakeholders, review and comment on global standard operating procedure drafts and local record and document responsible for Middle Africa. In addition, you will responsible for surveillance of external and internal quality intelligence in Middle Africa and being Ownership of QA strategic projects including vendor management.
Qualifications
You have a relevant academic degree or a master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Pharmacy/Biochemistry/Biology/Microbiology/Engineering. You have a relevant experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar role preferably in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and have a relevant business background. Having proven experience in audits and inspections is advantageous.
