    Quality Shift Team Lead

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Measure and analyze quality in the factory, including:
      • incoming quality on raw materials,
      • finished goods quality
      • in-process quality
    • Manage the out-of-box audit (OBA) process, providing feedback to the production and engineering teams.
    • Manage a team of quality inspectors and analysts with their daily tasks and workstation allocation.
    • Generate and share daily and monthly quality reports including corrective actions.
    • Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings between quality inspectors and production employees to review line quality.
    • Work with engineering & NPD teams to ensure that process/product validations are carried out adequately and successfully.
    • Participate in the development and revision of quality documents, such as spec sheets, SOPs, drawings, etc.
    • Facilitate training, learning, and knowledge dissemination for quality inspectors and analysts. Contribute towards training strategy for the factory.
    • Identify stations and production lines that need more training and/or more talent
    • Ensure that all quality requirements are met before ECN/TPD implementation.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the manager from time to time

    Skills and Experience:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years experience in a quality control leadership role.
